Welcome to AK Service Point (akservicepoint.in). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Independent Service Provider

AK Service Point is an independent, third-party service center. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or associated with any specific brands (e.g., Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sony, etc.). All repairs are performed by our own trained technicians using high-quality compatible or genuine spare parts.

2. Service & Visiting Charges

  • A standard Visiting and Diagnosis Charge of ₹250 is applicable for every doorstep visit.

  • This charge covers the technician’s travel and the time spent inspecting the appliance.

  • If you proceed with the suggested repair, the final bill will include the service labor and spare part costs (if any).

3. Warranty Terms

We provide limited warranties to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Service Warranty (30 Days): We provide a 30-day warranty on the labor/workmanship performed. If the exact same issue occurs within 30 days, we will rectify it at no extra labor cost.

  • Spare Parts Warranty (90 Days): Any spare parts replaced by AK Service Point carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages caused by physical impact, power surges (voltage fluctuations), water damage (internal to electronics), or if the appliance is opened/tampered with by a third party after our service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a safe working environment for our technicians.

  • An adult (18+) must be present at the premises during the service.

  • Customers are requested to inspect the appliance and its working condition immediately after the repair is completed and before the technician leaves.

5. Payments

Payments are due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash and common digital payment methods (UPI/GPay/PhonePe).

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care, AK Service Point is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the appliance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
